Inaccurate Convert Toolpath Selection to Curve

VM5 (5.0.2.0) has a nice new function in the toolpath editor: Convert Toolpath Selection to Curve. However, the conversion seems to work only for straight lines and not for arcs and circles. Anything I can do about this?
