Help Installation Error:

Hello Everyone.

I've been running the Demo Version of Rhino cam and recently bought the 2024 version.

I get an error when I try to install it. I have a proper registration code from MecSoft. When I try to run it I get this error: Network error!, Cannot contact License server on the local Area Network.

See attached screen grab. I have a support ticket running with MecSoft but I have yet to get a solution.

I've also read the documentation about my firewall maybe blocking access to my license server... I tried fixing this (see attached image). I may have done it incorrectly. Any help this would be appreciated thanks!!!

FYI, Demomode runs great.

Spent a lot of time with Tech support on this with MechSoft as well as Windows. Even Had MechSoft stumped.

Did a complete reinstall of windows from scratch and that solved the problem.
