Possible bug in tool add/builder ?

Hi, I've been beating my head into a wall trying to configure a new Amana 46295-K bit. It's a 1/8 shank long reach tapered roundnose. I could just be too green and doing something wrong but on the entry fields it keeps resetting my shank diameter to .62876 or some outlandish number. If I save the tool before it freaks out the tool profile graphic looks all wrong and the simulations dont work out.
Has anyone sucsessfully built this tool ?
