I have Rhino CAM 4.0.
If I have a cutter with shank bigger than the cutting end (for example a 1/8" bit on a 3/8" shank), then simulation shows a disk with the _shank_ diameter moving along the work piece. It would be nice if it showed a disk with the _cutting_ diameter moving along the work piece. So that if I want to check that the cutter is cutting up to a line, for example, as I intend, that's what I see. As it works now, the moving disk is the shank, and goes out _past_ the line ... Confusing, until I remember that I'm looking at the shank.

Re: Show cutting diameter, not shank diameter, in simulation
Ok this is a good suggestion. We have added it to our enhancement list.
