Radial retract motion not in plane

Hi guys,
I've run across an issue which I'm hoping to get some guidance on. I'm doing a 2 1/2 Axis HS Pocketing operation, and when I try to do a Radial retract motion within the Entry/Exit tab, the arc is not in the XY, XZ or YZ planes:
When my mill hits this line, it spits the dummy.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is it a post processor issue, or something intrinsic to RhinoCAM? And if anyone has managed to fix the issue, would they be so kind as to share how they did it? I tried to attach the original file, but it's bigger than the 3 MiB allowed on the forum; so if someone wants the file for diagnostic purposes, please let me know so that I can email it.
