small size model problem

Hi guys,
I need quick help dealing with small sized balustrade model. The problem is that computing the parallel finishing is very slow with relatively rough model /not too much faces/. The bounding box size is 17-5-1,5 mm. I am using 0,6 mm flat tool because it gives me satisfying result. The material is plastic. When I scale everything 100 times/including the tool/ the speed is OK. Do I miss some tuning? Playing with Part Sampling Resolution gave no result.
Thanks in advance!

The flat end mill you defined shows a shank diameter of 12mm. Changing this to the diameter of the tool (0.6mm) and regenerating the toolpath should generate the toolpath quickly.
Hope this helps!
