Multi Layered Stock possible?

I don't think this is possible but I thought I'd ask.
I often cut material that is layered with different colors. Like, 1/4" Black, laminated on 1/4" red, with a top yellow 1/4" top sheet.
Any idea how I could get the stock material to reflect the colors when running a simulation?
