DEFINING A TOOL???

For some reason i have never been able to make a user defined tool, i made the curves in rhino then imported them to the used define tool window and it says it works but it wont work, i dont know how to fix it and mecsoft support never got back to me about it so if you know anything about the process of making a user defined tool please help!!!

Doesn't anybody use Search anymore? Please do a search in the forum for help on user defined tools. Here is some more helpful information:

Here are some videos to help you understand how to define user defined tools.

Also note that the User defined tools can only be used in 2-1/2 Axis profiling. For 3 axis methods only the standard tools ball, flat, corner radius and Taper tools can be used.
