Extrude Curves

Any Idea why this drawing can"t extruded? It was imported into Visualmill and extrude curves seems to ignore the picked curves.

You would have to merge the curves from the curve modeling tab in VisualCAD before extruding.

If you notice the curves can"t be merged either. Right mouse click does nothing

I stand corrected....Right mouse then enter does work. Thanks
