JewelMILL 1.0 is the latest CAM software developed by MecSoft Corporation. Completely integrated inside Rhino 3D and working in conjunction with Roland JewelStudio, JewelMILL provides unprecedented computer aided manufacturing (CAM) power to jewelry designers and goldsmiths, while maintaining an easy-to-use interface. This product coupled with the Roland JWX/30 milling machine provides a complete jewelry model production solution that allows the user to manufacture intricate wax models of beautifully crafted rings, pendants, bracelets, brooches, earrings and cufflinks.

The user-friendly, wizard-based program offers support for 4-axis milling, and simulation of finished 3D models. It lets designers quickly review the simulated model on the monitor and send it to the JWX-30 for production. The end result is faster production, tighter dimensional accuracies and a smooth surface finish.


The 6 step, wizard based program is very intuitive, has virtually no learning curve, and will allow jewelers to be cutting their designs exclusively on their Roland JWX-30 within minutes of creation.

After designing your piece in Rhino 3D or JewelStudio, simply:

  2. Select your machining operation
  3. Define your workpiece
  4. Create the toolpath
  5. Preview the results, then
